Happy Birthday

Returning home exhausted after a long day of organizational work, Raf (20) is greeted by a birthday cake and the lively voices of his friends. Overwhelmed by a sudden surge of happiness, Raf becomes immersed in the moment, dancing and celebrating his birthday in a state of euphoria. However, as exhaustion eventually takes over, the lively atmosphere suddenly disappears. Raf realizes that he is completely alone, confronted by the bitter reality that it was all an illusion. Raf slips back into a depressive episode, and as time passes, he becomes increasingly consumed by his actions, eventually leading him to self-harm. A portrayal of the reality of how a person living with bipolar disorder navigates life.
